Ross began his career managing channel marketing for IBM's DB2 database in the 1990s. He quickly made his mark by developing creative co-marketing campaigns that enabled partners to successfully bring DB2 solutions to market.

 

Ross then brought his strategic vision and flawless execution to Citrix and eEye Digital Security in the 2000s. As VP of Worldwide Channels at Citrix, he led a transformation that significantly increased partner engagement. At eEye, he drove rapid growth by building out their channel.

 

He carried this diligence and innovation to Microsoft, where as VP of Partner Strategy he developed new programs tailored to ISVs, SIs, and solutions partners. Ross then consulted leading companies on optimizing partnerships before taking the helm of VMware’s Global Partner Organization from 2015-2018.
