With over 25 years driving channel, alliance, and partnership success at leading technology companies, Charla Bunton-Johnson has firmly established herself as an innovative leader in cultivating win-win partnerships that drive business growth.

Charla began her career at Ingram Micro in the 1990s managing partner relationships and sales. She quickly made her mark by developing creative marketing campaigns and sales incentives that motivated partners.

 

Charla then brought her strategic vision to Quantum, Symbol Technologies, and Orative in channel marketing leadership roles through the 2000s. Her transformative work on Quantum’s Access Partner Program became a blueprint for effective channel marketing.

 

She carried this diligence and innovation to her roles developing partnerships and joint go-to-market strategies at SanDisk, Hitachi Global Storage, and Imperva. The consistent thread has been Charla’s aptitude for understanding partners’ needs and creating tailored programs that set them up for success.

 

In her current role at Lightbits Labs, Charla continues to drive state-of-the-art channel and alliance strategies. She is spearheading creative initiatives across their cloud, OEM, SI, reseller, and MSP partnerships.
