With over 20 years of experience leading high-performance channel organizations, Frank Rauch has firmly established himself as an insightful leader committed to taking partner strategies to new heights.

 

Frank began his channel leadership career at Compaq in the 1990s during the pioneering company’s rapid growth phase. As one of their first sales reps, Frank quickly made his mark by helping build Compaq into a global technology leader.

 

As Compaq was acquired by HP in the early 2000s, Frank brought his bold vision to leading sales teams through major mergers and acquisitions. His transformative leadership ensured partner success through times of massive change.

 

Frank then leveraged his expertise in sales leadership and enablement as VP of HP’s Enterprise Servers, Storage and Networking Channel Sales from 2006-2012. Under his direction, Frank’s team delivered award-winning partner programs driving substantial revenue growth.

 

At VMware since 2012, Frank continues to foster a high-performance Americas channel driving cloud success. He is widely admired for his strategic mindset and ability to inspire partners and teams.

 

However, Frank’s impact extends beyond his illustrious sales accomplishments. He is a passionate mentor for rising sales stars, selflessly sharing his insights to set them up for success.
